At LumenNoir, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Taxes or additional charges imposed by their country

LumenNoir is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Orders returned due to incomplete or invalid shipping details

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue. However, LumenNoir is not liable for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
